All eyes are on London tonight with the Olympic Opening Ceremony… I can’t wait, I have wine and food in the shape of rings and if that doesn’t make things special enough, an old school friend is taking part in the Ceremony – I’ve not seen him in 16 years, but that’s not the point – I still know someone in the actual ceremony and that’s just cool.

I’m hoping it is going to make me feel the same as I did at New Year, watching those fireworks over the Thames.  I was so proud I felt like my heart was going to explode.
